Why does it say the PDF has no fillable form fields?
Fill PDF Form can only fill fields that were built into the PDF as form fields. A scan, or a document where the boxes are just drawn lines, has no such fields, so you see this message. To add a signature to a document like that, use Sign PDF.
What does “Locked” do?
When you choose Locked in Fill PDF Form, the values you entered are flattened into the page and the form fields are removed, so the recipient can't change them. If you might need to edit the answers later, save it as Editable later instead.
Can I type in Korean or Japanese?
Yes. When you enter Korean or Japanese, Fill PDF Form embeds a matching font so the characters display correctly. Signature fields and buttons can't hold a value, so they don't appear in the list of fields.
