PDF tools changelog
New features and changes in EveryHelper's PDF tools, by date.
- Protect PDF and Unlock PDF now run in your browser, so files are never uploaded.
- Page numbers: pick one of six positions, a format and the starting number.
- Sign PDF: place the signature in a box you draw on the page; it also lands upright on rotated pages.
- JPG to PDF also takes WebP, GIF, BMP and AVIF images.
- New tool, Edit PDF Metadata: change the title, author, subject and keywords.
- Watermarks and filled-in forms can mix Korean and Japanese in one text.
- Watermark: text, image or PDF; font, size, colour, rotation and opacity; over or under the page; position or tiling; page ranges; several files at once; live preview.
- Six new tools: Extract PDF Pages, Crop PDF, Redact PDF, Flatten PDF, PDF to PNG and PDF to Text.
- Redact PDF: black boxes or pixelation, and find-and-cover for words. Covered pages are rebuilt as images, so the hidden text is really gone.
- The site is now in English, Korean, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese.
- Launched with Merge, Split, Remove Pages, Rotate, JPG to PDF, Watermark and Page Numbers, all running in the browser.
- Added Organize PDF Pages (drag to reorder, rotate, delete, also by touch), Sign PDF, Fill PDF Form and PDF to JPG.
